Key Objectives
The Document Controller will be responsible for managing and maintaining project documentation in accordance with company procedures and client requirements. This role ensures that all documents are accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and control all incoming and outgoing project documentation.
- Ensure documents are correctly named, formatted, and filed in accordance with company standards.
- Manage document workflows and approval processes using document control systems.
- Distribute documents to internal teams and external stakeholders as required.
- Track document revisions and ensure version control is maintained.
- Support project teams in the preparation and submission of technical documentation.
- Liaise with engineers, CAD technicians, and project managers to ensure timely document delivery.
- Conduct regular audits of document control systems and processes.
- Assist in the development and implementation of document control procedures.
- Provide training and support to staff on document management tools and best practices.
