Document Controller & Admin Assistant
PSK Design are currently recruiting for a Document Controller & Admin Assistant to join us in Sale, Cheshire with flexible start times.

The successful Document Controller will be responsible for:
- Maintain an organised filing system for both electronic and hard copy documents
- Ensure all documents are properly reviewed, approved, and distributed to relevant Stakeholders
- Implement document control procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy in document management
- Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation for audits or project reviews
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely updates of documents
- Monitor document versioning to ensure that the latest versions are being used across projects
- Implement ISO9001 procedures and conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance prior to yearly inspection

Admin & Office Support:
- Provide general administrative support to various departments
- Assist with incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier arrangements.
- Answer telephone calls, take messages, and direct enquiries appropriately.
- Manage meeting room bookings and assist with meeting preparations when required.
- Maintain office supplies and stationery, always ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Support and report into the office manager

The Document Controller will have:
- Previous experience in an office administration or office assistant role
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
- Excellent filing, record-keeping, and document management skills
- Experience with procedures and systems
