Document Control Administrator
Feltham, TW14 | 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
About the Role
Masro Construction is a London construction company delivering prestigious residential and commercial projects. We are looking for a Document Control Administrator to keep our records accurate, organised, and easy to find. Our office is paper-free, and this role is central to how the business runs day to day, sitting at the point where site teams, project managers, and subcontractors all rely on the same accurate paperwork being in the right place.
Key Responsibilities
- You will scan and upload any paper documents to our digital system on receipt, and save incoming emails and attachments in the correct project folders as searchable files rather than screenshots.
- Site photographs will also need saving in the right folders, labelled by project or subject, and you will apply the company naming system and standard templates, creating new templates where none exist.
- You will keep only the latest version of each document in live folders and move earlier versions to the "Superseded" folder, clearly labelled. Documents are never permanently deleted, and older versions stay in the system for reference.
- You will maintain document registers for all projects, carry out regular audits for accuracy and consistency, and act as the first point of contact for colleagues needing help with our templates or filing system, suggesting improvements as you find them.

About You
- You will have meticulous attention to detail and a habit of double-checking your own work.
- You will be well organised and comfortable with clear file naming and version control.
- You will be confident with Dropbox or similar cloud storage and Microsoft Office, and able to pick up new systems quickly.
- You are a clear communicator who is happy to ask questions and raise suggestions rather than guess, and you understand the importance of discretion when handling confidential commercial and project information.

Given our office location in Feltham TW14, we are ideally looking for candidates within a one-hour travel time of the office. We are unable to consider applications outside this range.
