Summary
Caddick Construction is a family-owned business renowned for quality, integrity, and innovation in the construction sector. We are seeking an experienced Document Controller to join our team on a number of exciting projects.

What You’ll Do
- Work alongside on-site Design Managers across multiple Industrial and Residential projects.
- Split time between site and office across our Midlands projects.
- Manage the intake, handling, and storage of project documents, including the management system.
- Maintain document control logs and record all correspondence.
- Keep an up-to-date database of key submission dates.
What We’re Looking For
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience as a Document Controller within construction.
- Strong knowledge of documentation systems and industry-specific technical terms, policies, and processes.
- Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Viewpoint, Fieldview, and 4P, including:
- Project set-up
- Creating workflows
- Managing security groups
