Office Manager | £35K - £40K + Benefits
St Johns Wood- London
We are currently recruiting for an Office Manager to support a construction project in London. This is a site-based role combining office management, administration, and document control.
The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-focused, and confident managing multiple priorities while working closely with the project and site teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage site inductions, registrations, right-to-work checks, and personnel documentation.
- Maintain weekly timesheets, expenses, and site personnel records.
- Manage document control, including uploading documents, drawings, revisions, approvals, and distribution.
- Monitor document comments, rejections, and outstanding actions, ensuring the relevant team members are updated.
- Maintain project filing systems and ensure documentation is stored correctly and in line with GDPR requirements.
- Manage site deliveries and provide general logistics support.
- Provide administrative support to the Project Manager and wider site team, including reports and monthly progress information.
- Support H&S administration, including training records, RAMS, toolbox talks, and briefing documentation.
- Assist with plant, materials, and environmental reporting.
- Support the preparation of O&M manuals and handover documentation.
- Manage general office requirements, including supplies, printing, scanning, and maintaining office facilities.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' construction administration experience.
- Previous document control experience within construction.
- Experience with systems such as Aconex, Asite, 4Projects, Field View, BIM, or NEC would be advantageous.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently with site teams and subcontractors.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.

Salary: Up to £40,000 + bonus
Working Hours: 7:45am - 5:45pm, Monday to Friday
Start Date: ASAP
Annual Leave: 25 days
