Job Description
Tru Earthworks is seeking a talented and experienced Document Controller. You'll become the central point for project information, ensuring drawings, permits, site records, and project documentation are always accurate, up to date, and available when needed.
You'll work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Site Managers, and clients, helping keep projects running efficiently from start to finish.
Requirements
- Maintain project document registers and filing systems.
- Issue and distribute drawings, revisions, and technical information.
- Keep project folders organized and up to date.
- Support Project Managers with project administration.
- Assist with compiling Health & Safety files and handover documentation.
- Track approvals, drawing revisions, and client information.
- Upload and manage documents through client portals.
- Liaise with site teams to ensure paperwork is completed correctly.
- Attend sites to collect information and support project teams where required.
- Produce reports and maintain accurate project records.

Experience
Previous experience as a Document Controller would certainly be an advantage but it isn't essential.
