Rullion are currently looking to recruit for the following role:
Site Document Controller
Looking for your next opportunity in a fast-paced, high-profile energy project? Rullion is recruiting a Site Document Controller to join a major project based in Necton (PE37 8AG).
The Role at a Glance
- Start: ASAP
- Duration: 2 years
- Pay: £23-£30 per hour (DOE)
- Hours: 10-hour days, Monday-Friday (optional weekend work)
- Location: Site-based (must drive - not accessible via public transport) Necton, Norfolk
- Status: Inside IR35
What You'll Be Doing
- Involvement with multi-projects
- Management of project deliverables using the associated systems, not limited to:
- Allocating document numbers
- Creating placeholders
- Set up supplier packages
- QA checks on deliverables
- Manage review workflows in line with project timescales
- Distribute workflow comments - Client - Suppliers - Internal
- Hard copy submissions to site
- Submission of As-builds
- Interact with wider project team
- Support Document Control team
- Contribute to continuous improvements
- Communications with external stakeholders
- Be a team player

You'll play a key role in keeping critical project documentation accurate, up-to-date, and flowing efficiently across teams. Responsibilities include:
- Managing and maintaining site documentation via SDI
- Controlling, stamping, and distributing construction drawings
- Coordinating with project teams using document management systems
- Handling incoming/outgoing documents from stakeholders
- Supporting redline markups and as-built documentation
- Performing general office and admin duties
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Minimum 6+ months' experience in Document Management
- Training in Quality Management / Configuration Control

- Strong admin and IT skills (Microsoft Office, SharePoint, EDMS, Aconex, ACC)
- Confident communicator with great attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Comfortable in a site-based (portacabin) environment
- Fast-paced, team-oriented mindset
