I’m working with a super prime main contractor looking to bring in an experienced Document Controller to play a key role within their team in London.

This isn’t your typical Document Controller position. They’re looking for a proactive all-rounder who is comfortable taking ownership, supporting the wider site team and keeping things moving.

What they’re looking for:

  • Minimum 3 years’ construction experience – essential
  • Expert-level Procore experience is essential – candidates without hands-on Procore experience unfortunately cannot be considered
  • Strong document control and site administration experience
  • Experience supporting PQQ administration
  • Experience buying/procuring materials for construction sites
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A proactive, hands-on approach – someone who sees what needs doing and gets it done
  • A genuine team player who can bring different people together and keep communication flowing

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
