Working with a leading global architecture practice on an exciting 3–6 month FTC for an experienced Document Controller to join their London team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a highly regarded architectural environment, supporting a busy project team and managing project information across a range of stakeholders. The role is 5 days per week in London, with an immediate or short-term start required.
Responsibilities:
- Managing and maintaining project documentation and information.
- Uploading, issuing, and distributing drawings and project documents.
- Maintaining accurate document registers and revision control.
- Managing incoming and outgoing project information.
- Ensuring documents are correctly filed, tracked, and distributed to relevant stakeholders.
- Monitoring revisions and ensuring superseded information is appropriately controlled.
- Liaising with architects, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
- Supporting the wider project team with document management and information retrieval.
- Working across Aconex and Asite to manage and distribute project information.
- Ensuring document control procedures and project protocols are consistently followed.

Requirements:

- Previous experience working as a Document Controller, ideally within architecture, construction, engineering, or the built environment.
- Strong experience managing technical drawings and project documentation.
- Hands-on experience using Aconex and Asite is essential.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Confident managing high volumes of project information.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience working within an architectural practice or on large-scale projects would be highly advantageous.
- Able to work 5 days per week in London.
