Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate data entry records using Microsoft Office, and Xero for bookkeeping and administrative purposes
- Support office management tasks such as filing, colating engineers field information, and organising files to ensure easy access and compliance.
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating jobs for field engineers.
- Provide excellent customer support via phone or email, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and proofreading to support daily operations.
- Operate multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries efficiently and route calls appropriately.

Qualifications
- Proven office experience with strong computer literacy skills including Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of Big Change.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior clerical or administrative experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Xero or bookkeeping experience is advantageous.
- Strong phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems.
- Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
