The Role
Sphere Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Document Controller / Administrator to support a major project at the BBC Stratford development, while also providing wider support to the team across additional projects.
The Role Will Involve
- Managing document control across the project and wider team
- Controlling drawings and project documentation
- Uploading and downloading documents to the relevant EDMS and internal H&C servers
- Supporting the wider team across the AELTC 4Projects platform
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project records
- Supporting sustainability, social value and environmental reporting
- Assisting with reporting requirements across sustainability and social value
- Supporting several projects where required, while being primarily based at the Stratford site
- Liaising with project teams and ensuring documentation is controlled and distributed correctly

Requirements / Experience
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous Document Control / Administration experience within a construction or project environment
- Experience using Procore and/or Breadcrumb (EDMS)
- Experience with Viewpoint / 4Projects
- Experience in sustainability and social value reporting
- Ability to support multiple projects and work effectively across different teams
- Good IT and administrative skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
Scope of Works
The role will be primarily based on the BBC Stratford project, with responsibility for document control and administrative support.
