Document Control Administrator
Feltham, TW14 | 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
About the role
Masro Construction is a London construction company delivering prestigious residential and commercial projects. We are looking for a Document Control Administrator to keep our records accurate, organised and easy to find. Our office is paper-free, and this role is central to how we work.
Key responsibilities
- You will scan and upload any paper documents to our digital system on receipt, and save incoming emails and attachments in the correct project folders as searchable files rather than screenshots.
- Site photographs will also need saving in the right folders, labelled by project or subject.
- You will apply the company naming system and standard templates, and create new templates where none exist.
- You will keep only the latest version of each document in live folders and move earlier versions to the "Superseded" folder, clearly labelled.
- Documents are never permanently deleted, and older versions stay in the system for reference.
- You will also maintain document registers for all projects, carry out regular audits for accuracy and consistency, support colleagues in using our templates and filing system, and suggest improvements.

- You will have meticulous attention to detail and a habit of double-checking, and you will be well organised and comfortable with clear file naming and version control.
- You will be confident with Dropbox or similar cloud storage and Microsoft Office.
- You are a clear communicator who is happy to ask questions and share ideas, and you are discreet with confidential information.
