The Role

You’ll be responsible for managing the flow, storage, and distribution of project documentation, ensuring teams always have access to the correct and most up-to-date information.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing document registers and revision control.
• Uploading, distributing, and tracking project documentation.
• Ensuring documents are correctly formatted, named, and filed.
• Maintaining accurate records and document databases.
• Supporting project teams with document queries.
• Monitoring document approvals and workflows.
• Ensuring compliance with document control procedures.
• Liaising with internal teams, clients, contractors, and suppliers.
