Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional with a passion for document management? We are seeking experienced Document Controllers to join our team across Bristol, London, or Suffolk. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the integrity and accessibility of essential project documentation in a highly regulated setting, supporting the successful delivery of Lifetime Quality Records (LTQR) from the supply chain. This is your chance to be part of a team that values precision, compliance, and collaboration.
What You'll Bring to the Table:
- Minimum of 2 years of document control experience, preferably within a project environment handling engineering data
- Proficiency with Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) and strong familiarity with electronic file types and document referencing
- Competence with Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook)
- Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure
- Experience in technical or engineering environments is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with project teams, contractors, and suppliers
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to document control procedures

Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in conformance checks on documents and drawings
- Knowledge of quality management systems and procedures
- Familiarity with project close-out documentation and archiving processes

Preferred Education and Experience:
- A relevant qualification in document management, engineering, or a related field is preferred
- At least 2 years of demonstrated experience in document control roles within a project or engineering context
Other Requirements:
- Full-time on-site availability Monday to Friday (please note, hybrid working is not applicable)
- Capacity to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality
