Role: Document Formatting Specialist (Remote)
Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere)
Job Type: Contract
Payout: $20 - $55/hour
Role Overview:
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Word and PDF Experts to work on a contract basis. This role involves handling document processing tasks, including conversion, editing, and formatting of Word and PDF files. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in both formats to ensure accuracy and efficiency in deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Convert documents between Word and PDF formats while preserving formatting and content integrity.
- Edit and proofread Word and PDF documents for spelling, grammar, and structural accuracy.
- Format documents according to client-specific templates and style guidelines.
- Ensure files meet technical requirements for automated processing pipelines.
- Work within deadlines to process batches of documents efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat or comparable PDF editors.
- Experience with document conversion tools and formatting standards.
- Attention to detail to identify and correct errors in text and layout.
- Ability to follow structured guidelines for document preparation.
- Basic understanding of file management and cloud storage systems.
