This role will be based in our London office on a hybrid basis. This role reports to the Director, Enterprise Content and Cloud Services.
Position Summary
The Document Management System Specialist will provide support for the firm’s iManage Work document management system environment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, adaptable, self-driven, and eager to learn and grow with the firm. The employee in this position works as part of a team under the direction of a manager or director.

Key Responsibilities
- Performs administrative tasks and project activities as directed, including:
- Troubleshooting and resolving end-user issues with iManage Work, including document access, organization, and search functionality
- Managing user accounts, permissions, and group settings to ensure proper access control and compliance
- Manage large-scale or complex document imports, exports, or migrations, ensuring compliance with firm policies
- Monitors system status and performance, reports issues to senior IT staff, and helps generate usage and performance metrics
- Works with senior IT team members on system upgrades, testing, and the implementation of new features or integrations
- Provides basic training and support to users on system features and workflows. Assists in creating and maintaining user guides and documentation
- Participates in a rolling on-call support schedule
- Adheres to all IT and user quality assurance practices
- Makes recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Creates and delivers presentations to various audiences as assigned by the manager
- Appears on camera for meetings with colleagues and vendor.
- Other tasks as set by the manager

Qualifications
Skills & Competencies
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail and an ability to effectively set priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, including the use of active listening and the ability to convey information clearly in both written and verbal communication
- Ability to quickly learn new software systems and adapt to changing technologies
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward troubleshooting technical issues
Education & Prior Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science and/or information systems or equivalent experience
- Working knowledge of computer networking
- Knowledge of SQL, PowerShell or other data management or automation tools a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
