Document Manager (FTC 6 Months)

At Clinical Partners, we deliver outstanding mental health and neurodevelopmental care that makes a real difference. Our people are central to that mission, and we offer a supportive, inclusive, and flexible working environment where meaningful work is valued.

We’re looking for an experienced Document Manager or Governance professional with a healthcare background to join our Governance & Compliance team. This is a key role focused on strengthening and standardising our policies, SOPs, and organisational documentation to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance.

You’ll work closely with teams across the organisation to review, develop, and implement high-quality documentation, supporting safe, effective, and compliant service delivery. You’ll also lead a focused programme of work to bring structure to existing documents and support new pathway development in line with governance standards.

This is a great opportunity to take ownership of a critical area and make a real impact on how we manage governance and compliance.

If you have experience in NHS or private healthcare, and enjoy developing policies, driving standards, and collaborating with stakeholders, we’d love to hear from you.

Location: Remote (with occasional travel)

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing, writing and improving policies, pathways and SOPs, translating processes into clear, accessible documentation
  • Reviewing and organising existing policies, SOPs, pathways and templates
  • Working closely with operational leads, team leaders and policy owners to ensure documentation is accurate, current and practical
  • Coordinating document reviews and approvals, confidently following up with stakeholders to keep work moving
  • Managing document version control and ensuring materials are stored correctly and accessibly (e.g. SharePoint)
  • Supporting governance, audit and compliance activity by maintaining high‑quality, approved documentation
  • Providing guidance on document standards and governance requirements

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
