Document Production Specialist – Join Eversheds Sutherland’s Home-Based Team

Eversheds Sutherland is a global law firm with over 5,000 people across 30+ countries. Operating as a full-service firm with deep niche expertise, we deliver top-tier legal solutions worldwide. Central to our mission is our commitment to purpose-driven work, enabling clients and colleagues alike to thrive in a dynamic environment.

We’re hiring an experienced Document Production Specialist to strengthen our home-based Day Team (12pm–8pm, Monday–Friday), while remaining accessible to regional offices in Leeds, Newcastle, Manchester, or Birmingham for monthly in-office days.

The Opportunity

Our In-House Team (part of our Day Support Unit) specialises in document production—producing legally critical materials of the highest quality to support our client teams globally. Key responsibilities span a broad spectrum, including:

  • Processing dictation (audio content from BigHand, Speech Recognition, or Windows Media Player)
  • Polishing and formatting complex legal and client-facing documents (ensuring house style and firm branding compliance)
  • Designing, refining, and managing pitches, presentations, posters and other collateral material
  • Proofing for grammatical, structural, and client consistency
  • Daily volume of 150+ tasks, each varied in nature (ranging from simple amendments to high-stakes projects with tight turnarounds)

This role blends autonomy (spending time at home) with collaborative opportunities—meaning occasional in-person days are balanced with remote flexibility.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
