Document Services Operator

Leading US Law Firm | London | Competitive DOE

A leading US law firm is looking for an experienced Document Services Operator to join their London team.

The Document Services Operator will be responsible for:

  • Formatting, revising and comparing legal documents
  • Converting files
  • Preparing PDFs and presentations
  • Creating tables of contents
  • E-closing binders
  • Providing technical support and software troubleshooting

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Document Services Operator or Word Processor within a legal or financial services environment is essential
  • Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat, Litera Compare, DocXtools, and Visio would be beneficial

Additional Information:

  • Candidates must also be flexible to work an evening shift, most likely Monday-Friday, for approximately 6 weeks from the start date to provide technical support during onboarding
  • Working hours are: Thurs-Mon, 6am-2pm | 2 Days Office / 3 Days Remote
