Documentation Compliance Inspector

About The Role

We are looking for a highly conscientious Documentation Compliance Inspector (Final Release) to join our Quality team.

This is a critical role within our aerospace operation, providing the final independent verification of product documentation before aerospace fasteners and related products are released to customers or dispatched.

You will be responsible for ensuring that certification, traceability and supporting quality documentation are complete, accurate and fully compliant with customer requirements, company procedures, applicable product specifications and our Quality Management System.

As the final documentation control point, you will play an important role in preventing incorrect, incomplete or potentially non-compliant certification from reaching aerospace customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out independent final checks of aerospace fastener documentation prior to product release or dispatch.
  • Review Certificates of Conformity, test reports, material certification and supporting quality records for accuracy and completeness.
  • Verify product traceability to approved manufacturers and/or suppliers.
  • Check part numbers, quantities, batch/lot numbers, specifications, revisions and manufacturer details against purchase orders and customer requirements.
  • Ensure documentation meets company procedures, customer requirements and applicable AS9120 controls.
  • Identify missing, incorrect, inconsistent or potentially suspect documentation and prevent release until issues are resolved.
  • Escalate documentation discrepancies, traceability concerns and suspected counterfeit or fraudulent certification to the Quality team.
  • Raise or support nonconformance reports where documentation requirements have not been met.
  • Maintain accurate records of completed documentation checks and approvals.
  • Ensure documentation is controlled, legible, retrievable and retained in accordance with company requirements.
  • Support the prevention of counterfeit or suspect unapproved parts through effective documentation and traceability verification.
  • Identify and communicate recurring documentation issues and trends.
  • Support corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives relating to documentation accuracy.
  • Work accurately and efficiently to agreed priorities without compromising quality or compliance.
  • Exercise authority to place product or documentation on hold where conformity or traceability cannot be demonstrated.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
