About the Role
This role is designed for an organised individual who enjoys creating, reviewing, and maintaining accurate business documentation. The Documentation Specialist will support operational teams by ensuring important information is properly recorded, updated, and accessible when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, update, and maintain business documents and records.
- Review documentation for accuracy, formatting, and completeness.
- Manage document storage and organisation systems.
- Maintain version control and document tracking.
- Assist teams with documentation requests.
- Prepare reports, templates, and administrative materials.
- Ensure records follow established guidelines.
- Support document improvement and standardisation efforts.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information.
- Coordinate updates with relevant stakeholders.

Requirements
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to organise and manage documents effectively.
- Good understanding of administrative processes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Ability to manage deadlines independently.
- Strong proofreading and review skills.
- Reliable remote work setup.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in documentation, administration, technical writing, or records management preferred.
- Strong computer skills are required.
- Experience with document management systems is an advantage.
