PMO (Program Management Office) Job Summary
Senior PMO professional responsible for enabling governance, execution control, and delivery assurance for a large-scale banking transformation spanning Trade Finance, Lending, CASA, and Treasury platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and manage end-to-end program governance framework, including Steering Committee structures.
- Develop and maintain integrated program plan across all workstreams.
- Drive RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues, Dependencies) management and mitigation tracking.
- Define and publish executive dashboards, KPIs, and status reports.
- Monitor budget, resource allocation, and vendor performance.
- Ensure regulatory, compliance, and audit readiness.
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment between business, IT, vendors, and external partners.
- Support change management and stakeholder communication strategies.

Must-Have Skills
- 12-15 years in PMO/program governance in Philippines banking.
- Experience in multi-system transformation programs.
- Expertise in tools (MS Project, Clarity, JIRA, Power BI).
- Strong stakeholder management.
- Banking domain knowledge.
- SDLC / Agile delivery experience.
