DOMAIN PRODUCT MANAGER - TRIPS

About the Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced Domain Product Manager to own the Trips domain, a critical product suite that powers reservation data ingestion, customer-facing savings and comparison insights, and end-to-end ticket lifecycle tracking. This is a high-impact opportunity where your work directly influences customer conversations, commercial outcomes, audit readiness, and product innovation across the business. Working at the intersection of Product, Data, and Technology, you'll shape the future of trusted travel data products used globally. If you're passionate about data integrity, platform products, and delivering measurable business value, this role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the Trips domain roadmap across reservation data ingestion, data products, and ticket lifecycle tracking.
- Balance foundational data integrity initiatives with commercially visible product enhancements.
- Define how the domain evolves to stay ahead of industry changes, including booking sources, vendor integrations, and reservation data standards.
- Establish and monitor quality and success metrics, including data ingestion accuracy, completeness, savings methodology integrity, and recoverable unused ticket value.
- Drive performance against key product outcomes and business objectives.
- Partner closely with the Product Owner within the domain, providing guidance, support, and strategic direction.
- Maintain audit-ready decision logs, including data source prioritisation and measurement methodologies.
- Lead product capabilities through onboarding to general availability, including sales enablement and implementation documentation.
- Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Implementation, and other product domains that rely on Trips data.
- Champion the Platform Services vision and increase API adoption through stakeholder engagement and influence.
- Evaluate where AI can improve domain outcomes while maintaining appropriate levels of auditability and deterministic logic.
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across global business units.
- Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
