About Us

We're on a mission to help our clients deliver results with clarity, fairness, and accountability. By combining deep technical and functional IT and digital expertise, we drive innovation, modernise systems, and strengthen the teams behind them. If you want your architecture decisions to have real impact on patient care and clinical outcomes, not just live in a slide deck, we'd love to talk.

The Role

We're looking for an experienced Domain Solution Architect with deep expertise in UK healthcare, spanning NHS and private providers, to design and deliver scalable, secure, and resilient technology solutions. You'll work at the intersection of clinical operations, data, and technology strategy, translating strategic objectives into architectural designs that enable innovation, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance across a complex healthcare landscape.

This is a hands on, stakeholder facing role for someone who understands both the clinical context and the technical architecture behind it, and can move fluently between the two.

What You'll Do

  • Design end to end cloud based and on premise solutions, leveraging hyperscaler services and industry best practice
  • Develop architecture roadmaps aligned with business priorities, technology standards, and enterprise architecture principles
  • Contribute to the design of healthcare data and analytics architectures, ensuring solutions are clinically meaningful, operationally relevant, and technically scalable
  • Define data domains, master data entities, and semantic models for core subject areas including patient, episode, clinical activity, cost, and workforce
  • Advise on integration patterns between clinical source systems (EPR, EHR, scheduling, finance, diagnostic systems) and central analytics or data platform environments
  • Guide legacy to modern migrations, ensuring business continuity, data lineage, and clinical relevance are preserved throughout
  • Support the governance of analytical products, including access control design, data refresh cadences, and usage monitoring to track adoption
  • Partner with delivery teams to ensure successful implementation across applications, data, and infrastructure domains
  • Provide technical leadership, governance, and architectural guidance across the project lifecycle
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements that enhance clinical and business outcomes

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
