Join us at an exciting time of change and growth. As part of our newly established Safeguarding team, this is a unique opportunity to help shape and influence how we respond to domestic abuse across our organisation. You'll be the specialist in your field, using your expertise to drive best practice, support colleagues, and make a real difference to residents' lives. This role would suit someone with an IDVA background who is looking to use their specialist knowledge in a strategic and influential housing setting, without carrying a traditional advocacy caseload. You'll join an organisation that genuinely cares about its residents and is committed to delivering positive change.

This role can be based at one of our main offices in Farringdon, Croydon, the Isle of Wight, Maidstone or Sittingbourne. The position is part-time, 25 hours per week. We offer flexible working patterns and hybrid working, subject to business needs and agreement with your manager.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

You’ll screen and triage all domestic abuse related concerns.

  • Complete associated risk assessments and safety planning and identify and refer high risk cases to MARAC.
  • Review how to manage third party reports of domestic abuse.
  • Manage day to day domestic abuse responsibilities, by providing advice and support to colleagues, contractors and other external organisations and signpost to relevant agencies/partners for specialist support.
  • Make referrals to safeguarding teams, social services or other specialist support and manage their response.
  • Complete person-centred action plan with each resident, detailing all elements of support required to sustain their tenancy.
  • You’ll create action plans for our Tenancy Sustainment Officer and/or Local Link team to carry forward for ongoing support.
  • You’ll complete quality assurance checks on actions plans and oversee cases managed by other specialist teams.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
