About The Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Domestic Appliance Engineer to join our dynamic team covering the West Midlands region. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional looking to advance their career within a reputable organization. As a Domestic Appliance Engineer, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of white goods including washing machines, tumble dryers, dishwashers, and ovens. The role involves working independently in customers' homes, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction. The position is Monday to Friday, with a maximum of eight working hours per day, providing a healthy work-life balance. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in domestic appliance repairs who is committed to delivering quality service and building strong customer relationships.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess relevant qualifications in appliance repair or a related technical field, such as City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent certifications. Prior experience working as a domestic appliance engineer is essential, with a strong understanding of the workings of various white goods. Excellent problem-solving skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to work independently are crucial for success in this role. A valid driver’s license is required, as the role involves traveling within the West Midlands region. Strong communication skills and a professional attitude are also important, as the role involves direct interaction with customers.
Responsibilities
As a Domestic Appliance Engineer, your key responsibilities will include:
