“It’s the little things – fresh laundry, spotless rooms – that make people feel truly at home.”
That’s how our team describes the difference they make every day. If you take pride in a job well done and want to use your skills to help others live comfortably, we’d love to hear from you.
A home, not just a service
Our No. 1 Lavender Fields service is home to up to ten adults with physical disabilities. Our service feels like family – relaxed, supportive, and centred around the people who live here. Every day brings new moments to celebrate: from small wins in independence to big laughs over mealtimes.
Your working hours
This role will offer part-time hours, working 30 hours per week across 5 days. You’ll need to be flexible to work across weekdays and weekends as part of a rota.
Shifts patterns can be flexible and typically avoid early morning starts to respect our resident's privacy.
We’ll work with you to agree a pattern that suits the service and your availability.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
