HOTEL SERVICES DEPARTMENT
DOMESTIC ASSISTANT
Band 2 - £26,696 to £28,988 pro rata
Plus £1,461 Distant Island Allowance pro rata
6 hours per week
Saturday & Sunday (at enhanced pay rates)

The opportunity has arisen for a Domestic Assistant post, to join our Domestic Services Team within the, Uist and Barra Hospital, Balivanich, Isle of Benbecula HS7 5LA
Role Responsibilities
- Provide a wide range of cleaning duties associated with maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, always ensuring a high-quality service provision.
- Work alongside and support new staff in the working environment.

Mandatory Requirements
- Achieve the Mandatory Induction Standards for Healthcare Support Workers and comply with the Code of Conduct within three months of full-time employment or up to six months for part-time workers. For further information, see www.hcswtoolkit.nes.scot.nhs.uk.
- Register with the PVG (Protecting Vulnerable Groups) Scheme.
