Job Title: Domestic Assistance
Salary: £ 24,852.65 per annum
Position Type: Permanent
Employment Type: Full time
Total Weekly Contractual Hours: 37.5 hours
Location: John Radcliffe Hospital, Headley Way, Headington, Oxford, Oxfordshire, England OX3 9DU
We are looking for an experienced Domestic Assistant in our healthcare division to deliver excellent service of routine planned and periodic cleaning for a Mitie customer. You need to ensure the contract service delivery is of a high standard and meet all SLA agreements whilst adhering to the cleaning schedules.
- Ensure the hospital has a reputation for its high-quality soft services
- Build positive and productive working relationships with all customers
- Deliver excellent customer service and seek ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations
- Adhere to all Mitie Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental policies and procedures
- Work to own initiative where appropriate
- Be reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude
- Work to a schedule
- Be a team player
- Strive for continuous improvements in service delivery

- Cleaning experience (training can be provided)
- Full working knowledge of all cleaning equipment, materials, and approved chemicals used by Mitie
