About the Role
A vacancy has arisen for a Domestic Cleaner to join our team at GGCT West Burton Power station.
Responsibilities
- Completion of related paperwork as required.
- Maintain high standards of personal and operational hygiene.
- Address customer requests in a courteous and prompt manner.
- Check all areas responsible for are left clean, safe, and secure when leaving the premises.
- Any other related duties as requested by the Manager or client.
- Attend any meetings or training sessions as required.
- Complete site induction and drug and alcohol testing.
- Undertake all mandatory E-Learning as required.
- Promote and adhere to good safety habits, risk assessments, and methods of work.
- To ensure that personal protective clothing is always used where necessary and kept to the agreed standard.
- To report all accidents and near misses to site contact and line manager and ensure appropriate records are made by completing the required paperwork.
- To ensure all equipment and store cupboards are clean, tidy, and meet COSHH requirements.
- To ensure wet floor and other relevant cleaning signs are used appropriately.

- Experience in a similar role beneficial.
- Knowledge of COSHH.
- Experience in using professional cleaning equipment and chemicals an advantage but training will be available.
