15 hours per week
The shift pattern requires five shifts to be worked per week and may include weekend working.
About the Trust
The Hillingdon Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is the only acute hospital in the London Borough of Hillingdon and offers a wide range of services including accident and emergency, inpatient care, day surgery, outpatient clinics and maternity services. The Trust’s services at Mount Vernon Hospital include routine day surgery, delivered at a modern treatment centre, a minor injuries unit and outpatient clinics.
Job Summary
To provide a domestic cleaning service to remove dust, dirt, debris, liquid to prevent the spread of infection, preserve the life of the building, fabric and furnishings whilst providing a clinical and/or socially acceptable hospital environment which includes wards, departments and public areas.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide a domestic cleaning service to remove dust, dirt, debris, liquid to prevent the spread of infection, preserve the life of the building, fabric and furnishings whilst providing a clinical and/or socially acceptable hospital environment which includes wards, departments and public areas.
- Ensure all areas of the hospital meet high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all patient, visitor and staff areas.
Requirements
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to demonstrate good customer service skills
