Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Domestic Gas Engineer. The Domestic Gas Engineer will carry out installation, servicing, and repair of domestic gas appliances and heating systems, ensuring compliance with relevant safety regulations and industry standards. Daily tasks include:

- Performing routine maintenance

The role involves scheduling and managing appointments, maintaining accurate service records, and collaborating with colleagues and support teams as needed. Although remote, the position requires regular travel to customer locations within the service area.
Qualifications
- Recognized gas engineering qualifications (e.g., NVQ or equivalent) and current Gas Safe registration.
- Proven experience installing, servicing, and repairing domestic gas boilers, cookers, fires, and central heating systems.
- Strong knowledge of gas safety regulations, building standards, and best practices in domestic heating and hot water systems.
- Ability to diagnose technical faults efficiently and use appropriate tools, testing equipment, and digital reporting systems.
- Excellent customer service skills, including clear communication, professional conduct, and the ability to explain technical issues in accessible terms.
- Good time management and organizational skills to manage remote work, appointments, and documentation accurately.
- Full valid driving license and willingness to travel to customer premises within the designated region.
- Comfort using mobile devices and software for job scheduling, reporting, and compliance documentation.
- Commitment to health and safety, continuous learning, and adherence to company policies and industry standards.

Salary
£40-45,000 plus Bonus and call out fees
25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
