You will be part of our Estates & Facilities team, delivering a high-quality, flexible and customer-focused service.
We are looking for someone who can make a positive contribution to the team — an individual with a can-do attitude, a cheerful approach, and the willingness to go the extra mile to ensure patients and customers receive the best possible experience.
The ideal candidate will be responsible, reliable, demonstrate excellent customer service skills, and maintain high standards of Health and Safety at all times.
Job Details
- Post 1: Monday to Friday, 25 hours per week (07:30–13:00)
- Post 2: Saturday to Sunday, 10 hours per week (07:30-13:00)
- Flexibility: Must be able to cover bank holidays if required.
The successful applicant will need to work well under pressure and meet strict timeframes.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with completing patient menus, preparing & serving patient breakfasts and providing hot & cold refreshments at regular intervals.
- Daily cleaning of equipment and patient kitchen areas.
- Ensuring fridge temperatures are taken and recorded accurately.
- Maintaining the required levels of stock and rotation of food items.
- Carrying out specific duties to set procedures and standards.
- Working as part of a team and having the ability to use a degree of initiative to prioritise and organise the daily duties, whilst maintaining a professional approach at all times.
