Richard Irvin an RSK Group company are recruiting for a Plumber to join the team based in Erskine, Scotland. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Our team of engineers, operations staff, project managers and compliance specialists are trained to start with our clients’ individual needs and work outwards from there. Our experts have extensive experience of advising and leading FM contracts and projects in both the public and private sectors and across industries. Our team is based throughout the UK - meaning you’re never too far from the help you need.
Responsibilities
- Multi-skill engineer required to carry out site specific PPM and reactive works with Plumbing and heating experience and qualification.
- To Carry out the day to day delivery of hard FM services across the contract ensuring compliance with Erskine Care Home and site-specific requirements
- Oversee the planning, scheduling and completion of SFG20 compliant PPM activities, ensuring all tasks are delivered safely, on time and to the required standard
- Manage and coordinate reactive maintenance activities, prioritising works in line with contractual response times and operational criticality
- Oversee remedial works arising from PPM inspections, audits and reactive tasks, ensuring accurate scoping, quotation support and timely completion

- Demonstrable experience working unsupervised at times
- Strong understanding of health and safety legislation, risk assessment and control measures.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
