We’re looking for a highly motivated Solar Installer to join our fast-growing team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering high-quality Solar PV installations for both commercial and residential properties.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to build a career within a company that completes a significant number of installations every year, allowing you to make a real impact and establish yourself in the industry.
As a hands-on, physically demanding role, we’re seeking candidates with experience in Solar PV or Roofing. You’ll be working outdoors in all weather conditions, often at heights, so physical fitness and a readiness to tackle challenges are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and organised work site
- Assist with unloading deliveries and moving materials
- Perform general labouring duties as required
- Work independently, showing initiative and self-motivation
- Collaborate with the team and communicate effectively
- Be reliable and punctual, ensuring tasks are completed on time
- Stay organised and efficient in your work
- Demonstrate strong literacy and numeracy skills
- Meet the physical demands of the job
- Be adaptable and open to learning new skills

What you'll need to succeed
We're on the lookout for a confident and motivated Solar PV Installer or Roofer with hands-on experience to join our growing team. If you’re someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys working at heights, and takes a proactive approach to getting the job done, we want to hear from you!
You’ll love being part of a collaborative team, where working together to achieve great results is key. Whether you’re installing solar PV systems or taking on roofing tasks, your expertise will help drive the success of our projects.
While a CSCS card is desirable, we’re happy to support you in getting this certification if you don’t already have one. All you’ll need is a full driver’s license and your own transport, as this role involves travelling to multiple sites.

Essentials:
- Experience in PV Installations or Roofing
- Confident with working at heights
- CSCS card (or happy to train towards it)
- Full driver’s license
- Able to pass an Enhanced DBS check
- Basic hours are Monday – Friday 08:00-16:00 but must be happy to do additional hours and overnight stays away as required.
