Roles: Domestic Supervisor
Location: Wain House, Westgate-on-Sea, Kent
Pay: £13.00 per hour
Hours: 30 hours per week

We’re now recruiting for Domestic Supervisor to join our founding team. If you’re ready to make a real impact and help shape a service from day one — we’d love to hear from you.
Your Role Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire our Domestic Staff daily, ensuring all shifts are covered.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming environment while respecting our residents’ lifestyles.
- Engage residents in their living spaces, allowing them to personalize their areas.
- Oversee and allocate tasks to ensure efficient cleaning routines, both scheduled and on-the-spot.
- Manage cleaning supplies, adhering to budgets and COSHH regulations.
- Assist with the storage and care of residents’ clothing.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety and fire regulations.
- Uphold confidentiality at all times regarding resident and staff information.

What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills and a sympathetic understanding of the needs of older adults.
- Proven ability to supervise, train, and motivate a team.
- Flexibility and independence in your work approach.
- Previous experience supervising domestic staff in a residential setting is a plus!
