We are looking for a Mobile Domestic Team Leader to support our domestic services across multiple healthcare sites. This is a highly visible, customer-facing role where you will lead and support domestic teams, conduct quality audits, build strong stakeholder relationships and ensure excellent service delivery across your area.

About the role

  • Mobile role covering: Bristol - Knowle West Healthy Living Centre and surrounding areas. A company van is provided.
  • Salary: £14.52 per hour £28,393.00 per annum
  • Shift Pattern: Flexibility to work varied shifts between 4:00 am. and 9:00 pm, Monday to Friday, to meet business needs.
  • Working hours: 37.5 hours per week
  • DBS check will be conducted and training will be provided
  • A full manual driving licence is required

What you'll be doing

  • Managing and supporting domestic teams across multiple sites.
  • Conducting regular site visits, inspections and audits.
  • Building effective relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Coaching, motivating and developing team members.
  • Supporting service improvements and maintaining high cleaning standards.
  • Acting as the key point of contact within your designated area
  • Can handle routine tasks and social interactions within a work environment. Ability to absorb policy and guidance necessary for the role.

What we're looking for

  • Previous supervisory, team leader or management experience.
  • Experience working within cleaning, housekeeping, facilities or a similar operational environment.
  • Strong communication and people management skills.
  • Confidence in managing challenging situations
  • A flexible approach to work and travel across multiple locations.
  • Full UK driving licence (manual vehicle required).

Desirable

  • Experience within the NHS or healthcare environment.
  • Knowledge of healthcare cleaning standards and quality auditing processes.
