Job Description: Domestic Training Supervisor
At present, University Hospitals of North Midlands is unable to offer visa sponsorship for Band 2 to Band 4 roles, as these positions do not meet the minimum salary and skill thresholds required under UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) regulations.
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and proactive Domestic Training Supervisor to support the delivery of high-quality cleaning services across UHNM. Working closely with the Facilities Management Team, you will lead the training and development of domestic staff, ensuring compliance with the National Standards of Cleanliness, Trust policies, infection prevention requirements, and health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver inductions, refresher training, competency assessments, and workplace coaching.
- Monitor training compliance and maintain accurate records.
- Identify development needs and implement improvement plans.
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and managers to achieve high standards and contribute to continuous service improvement.
- Support frontline teams to maintain cleanliness standards during periods of service pressure.
- Ensure staff have the knowledge, skills, and competencies required to meet National Standards of Cleanliness, Trust policies, and infection prevention requirements.
