Welcare Homecare is the domiciliary care division of Welcare Global Ltd. We support people to remain safe, comfortable and independent in their own homes, providing care that is tailored around each individual’s needs, routines and preferences. Our support can include personal care, everyday living assistance, companionship and ongoing homecare.

What will the role involve?

As a Domiciliary Care Worker, you’ll visit people in their own homes and provide friendly, respectful and person-centred support.

Your day may include:

  • Supporting with washing, dressing and personal care
  • Helping with meals, drinks and everyday household tasks
  • Providing medication prompts in line with care plans
  • Offering companionship and conversation
  • Supporting mobility and independence
  • Keeping clear and accurate care notes
  • Monitoring wellbeing and reporting any concerns
  • Helping people feel safe, valued and supported in their own home

  • Willing to learn and complete relevant training
  • Flexible to work a range of shifts, including some evenings and weekends

Previous care experience is desirable, but not essential.

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is also desirable, but not essential, so please don’t let this put you off applying.
