We are recruiting Domiciliary Care Workers and Live-in Care Workers to provide personal care and practical support to clients in their own homes.

Available shifts include flexible hours, with opportunities to work up to 12-hour shifts, weekdays, evenings, weekends, and live-in placements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality, person-centred care and support.
  • Assist with personal care, including washing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Support clients with medication in accordance with care plans and company policies.
  • Prepare meals and assist with nutrition and hydration.
  • Help with light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a clean, safe environment.
  • Support clients with shopping, appointments, and community activities where required.
  • Offer companionship and emotional support.
  • Monitor and report any changes in a client's health or wellbeing.
  • Maintain accurate care records and follow safeguarding procedures.
  • Respect each client's dignity, privacy, independence, and individual preferences.

What We're Looking For

  • A caring, compassionate, and positive attitude.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships.
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Previous care experience is desirable but not essential, as full training can be provided.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is an advantage but not essential.
