Our client, a well-established and growing care provider, is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead one of their services.

Responsibilities
- Managing the daily operations of the service
- Ensuring CQC compliance and regulatory standards are met
- Leading, supporting, and developing the staff team
- Overseeing recruitment, induction, and staff rotas
- Conducting quality audits and service improvement plans
- Managing incidents, complaints, and safeguarding concerns
- Maintaining accurate records and compliance documentation
- Building strong relationships with service users, families, and commissioners

Requirements
- Experience as a Registered Manager or Senior Manager in social care
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and safeguarding
- Relevant management qualification (or willingness to work towards)
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to drive quality improvements and service performance
- Full UK driving license and own transport
