About the Company

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to oversee the operations of our senior care facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for providing high-quality care to our residents.

About the Role

As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while promoting a supportive and nurturing environment for both staff and residents. Your role will involve managing care plans, medication administration, and supervising the care team to deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the care facility, ensuring high standards of care are maintained.
  • Supervise and lead a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Develop, implement, and review individual care plans for residents, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
  • Oversee medication administration processes to ensure compliance with health regulations.
  • Foster a positive environment that encourages resident engagement and well-being.
  • Conduct regular assessments of staff performance and provide training opportunities to enhance skills.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant legislation and best practices in senior care.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years proven experience in a managerial role within the senior care sector or similar environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
  • Background in nursing or home care is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with assisted living regulations and best practices in medication administration.
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to build rapport with residents, families, and staff alike.
