We are on the hunt for a brilliant HR Business Partner!

Monte Laguna Group is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support our growing multi-site Domino's operation across the North West and South East of England.

This is a hands-on, people-focused role partnering closely with Operations, Area Managers, and senior leaders to shape and deliver HR strategies that support performance, engagement, retention, and compliance across a workforce of approximately 700 employees. We love our team, and we are looking for the perfect fit to help us continue to build our business, strengthen our culture, and finesse our policies.

Role details

  • Job title: HR Business Partner
  • Location: Office base in Chertsey, Surrey, with travel required
  • Working pattern: 40 hours per week, with 1 day working from home per week
  • Reports to: Head of Operations

What you’ll be doing

  • Partnering with operational leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, talent strategy, and employee engagement.
  • Translating business priorities into practical HR initiatives that support performance and retention.
  • Leading employee relations activity, including investigations, conflict resolution, corrective action, and policy guidance.
  • Coaching managers on performance management, documentation, and people leadership best practice.
  • Owning learning and development strategy to strengthen workforce capability.
  • Supporting HR operations, compliance, right to work, working time, absence management, payroll accuracy, wellbeing, and people reporting.
  • Championing Monte Laguna Group and Domino’s values, culture, inclusion, and recognition across the business.

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years’ progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a business partner or generalist role.
  • Experience supporting hourly, field-based, or multi-site workforces; QSR, retail, hospitality, or logistics experience would be a strong advantage.
  • Excellent knowledge of UK employment law and HR compliance requirements.
  • Strong employee relations and investigation experience.
  • A proven ability to build trust with frontline managers and senior leaders.
  • Confidence managing a high volume of concurrent priorities.
  • Willingness to travel across our estate as required.
  • Desirable: HR, business, or related degree and/or CIPD qualification, although lived experience will also be considered equally.
