This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Domino's leader who thrives on developing people, driving performance, and delivering outstanding customer experiences across multiple locations.
What You'll Be Doing
As an Operations Manager, you'll lead and coach a team of Area Managers across a large multi-site operation. You'll be responsible for driving performance through strong leadership, commercial acumen, and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, coaching and developing Area Managers to achieve exceptional results.
- Driving sales growth, profitability and operational performance across multiple stores.
- Creating a high-performance culture focused on customer service, people development and accountability.
- Ensuring outstanding standards in Health & Safety, Food Safety and operational compliance.
- Supporting succession planning and talent development across the business.
- Using data and insight to improve labour efficiency, service metrics and customer satisfaction.
- Partnering with senior leadership to deliver strategic business initiatives and growth plans.

What We're Looking For
Essential
- ✅ Previous Domino's Pizza Senior Management experience - Required
- ✅ Experience leading Area Managers or multi-site operational teams.
- ✅ Strong commercial awareness with a proven track record of delivering sales and profit growth.
- ✅ Passion for developing people and building high-performing teams.
- ✅ Full UK Driving Licence.
- ✅ Willingness to travel extensively across the business.
