Role Description
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Door Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of door systems across commercial properties. The position is door to door pay, with an emphasis on safety, precision, and customer satisfaction.
Pay from £17.00 per hour
Duties
- Install new door systems for industrial and pedestrian doors ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of existing door installations to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Repair or replace damaged malfunctioning components on various types of doors, including fire doors, security doors, and automated systems.
- Troubleshoot technical problems efficiently and provide effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times during site visits and installations.
- Able to join 24-hour call-out rota.

Requirements
- Proven experience in door installation, maintenance, or related fields such as carpentry or industrial.
- Strong technical skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license for travel between sites.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to safety procedures and quality standards.
