About Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill
Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill is located in the prestigious Marylebone area of London’s West End, overlooking the gardens of Portman Square and just moments from Oxford Street and Hyde Park. Inspired by the legacy of Sir Winston Churchill, the hotel reflects a sense of British heritage and timeless style.
The hotel features 440 elegant guestrooms including 50 suites, along with 11 versatile meeting and event spaces hosting a wide range of corporate events and social occasions. Duties and responsibilities related to the Door Host role
- Deliver a warm, professional first and last impression by welcoming guests and assisting with their arrival and departure experience.
- Provide courteous assistance with luggage handling, vehicle arrivals, and guest requests to ensure a seamless journey through the hotel.
- Coordinate transportation arrangements, including organizing taxis and providing guidance on parking options.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming hotel entrance by managing vehicle flow and keeping external areas clean and presentable.
- Safeguard guest belongings and vehicle keys in accordance with hotel procedures and security standards.
- Share knowledgeable recommendations about the hotel's facilities, services, dining outlets, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
- Work collaboratively with Front Office and other hotel teams to anticipate guest needs and deliver exceptional service.
- Uphold Hyatt brand standards, safety procedures, and service excellence while creating memorable experiences for every guest.

About You
You are a friendly, approachable, and service-oriented individual who enjoys creating memorable first impressions for guests. Previous experience in a customer service, hospitality, or Door Host/Porter role is highly advantageous, although a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally important. You take pride in your presentation, communicate confidently with people from diverse backgrounds, and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment. A full, valid driver's licence is essential, along with the flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays. Above all, you are passionate about delivering exceptional service and embody Hyatt's culture of care.
