As the first point of welcome to The Caledonian Edinburgh, our Door Person sets the tone for an exceptional guest experience. We are seeking a Door Person to deliver a warm, polished arrival and departure experience within our iconic luxury hotel.

The Role
- Provide a refined first and last impression for every guest
- Anticipate guest needs and deliver personalised service
- Support VIP arrivals and guests with special requirements
- Represent the hotel’s luxury standards from arrival to departure
- Work closely with the Concierge and Front of House team
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and bid farewell to guests in a timely, polished manner
- Assist with guest requests and local recommendations
- Communicate guest feedback and requests to relevant teams
- Maintain awareness of VIP guests and daily hotel activity
- Adhere to all security, safety and service procedures
