WE ARE HIRING! EXPERIENCED DOOR SUPERVISORS FOR BRIGHTON
Opportunities
With over 250 Venues Nationwide (Bars/Restaurants & Hotels) We have many exciting opportunities for the right Door Supervisor.
There will be the chance to gain even further experience across our sites and amongst our teams. You will work closely with our clients venue whilst also receiving support from our local Area Managers.

Pay
Pay £14.24 PH with the opportunity to earn more!

YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE OF WORKING IN BARS AS SECURITY, OVER 6 MONTHS.
Job Purpose
The primary role of a Door Supervisor is to ensure the safety and security of the venue's clients and employees.
Job Overview
As a Door Supervisor, you will ensure the safety of staff and customers, as well as protect assets within the clients' business and provide excellent customer service.
Main Duties And Responsibilities
- You may be stationed at the entrance, screening visitors for suitability.
- Ensure the visitor is not under the age of 18 or in possession of any dangerous substances or things, such as drugs or weapons.
- Controlling entry and exit route.
- Customer management to maintain a safe environment within the venue.
- Crowd control.
- Being proactive making sure that customers are safe.
- Carrying out ID checks.
- Screening and searching for individuals.

Requirements
- A valid SIA licence - Door Supervisor Licence.
- Have excellent communication skills and be customer service focused.
- Be able to have own transport or live locally.
- Ability to tackle emergency situations.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
