Description
SIA Door Supervisor (Experienced Only) – High-End Venue

We are hiring experienced SIA Door Supervisors for a high-end, fine dining venue. This is a plain-clothes role, requiring a professional, discreet approach and strong customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe, calm, and professional environment
- Deliver discreet security within a premium hospitality setting
- Handle situations using calm, professional de-escalation
- Work closely with management and front-of-house staff
- Accurately log incidents when required

Mandatory Requirements (Auto-Reject If Not Met)
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in hospitality security or licensed venues
- Fluent English – must be confident speaking with guests and staff
- Experience working in customer-facing roles
- Professional appearance suitable for fine dining environment
- Must be reliable and punctual
Availability (Essential)
- 3–5 shifts per week
- Start times range from: 13:00–17:00
- Finish times range from: 23:30–00:30

Pay & Details
- £13.00–£15.00 per hour
- 20–45 hours per week
- Ongoing, long-term work available
