WE ARE HIRING! EXPERIENCED DOOR SUPERVISORS FOR THE READING AREA, FULL AND PART TIME

Opportunities

With over 300 Venues Nationwide (Bars/Restaurants & Hotels) We have many exciting opportunities for the right Door Supervisor. There will be the chance to gain even further experience across our sites and amongst our teams. You will work closely with our clients venue whilst also receiving support from our local Area Managers.

Pay

Pay starts from £14.50 per hour with the opportunity to earn more! WITH LONG SHIFTS, FULL AND PART TIME WORK

Job Purpose

The primary role of a Door Supervisor is to ensure the safety and security of the venue's clients and employees.

Job Overview

As a Door Supervisor, you will ensure the safety of staff and customers, as well as protect assets within the clients' business and provide excellent customer service.

Main Duties And Responsibilities

  • You may be stationed at the entrance, screening visitors for suitability.
  • Deal with day to day enquiries
  • Controlling entry and exit route
  • Customer management to maintain a safe environment within the venue
  • Crowd control
  • Being proactive making sure that customers are safe
  • Carrying out ID checks
  • Screening and searching for individuals

Requirements

  • A valid SIA licence - Door Supervisor Licence
  • Have excellent communication skills and be customer service focused
  • Good communication skills
  • Be smartly dressed and groomed at all times
  • Be able to have own transport or live locally
  • Ability to tackle emergency situations
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
  • YOU MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 12 MONTHS EXPERIENCE WORKING IN BARS AS SECURITY. PLEASE do not apply if you have not worked in bars as security. We do not accept event security as being the same. WE DO NOT PAY CASH IN HAND OR SELF EMPLOYED
